Teaching

Kyle is on the faculty at Barnard College/Columbia University Theater Department where she is a Senior Thesis advisor, directs student projects, teaches courses in Improvisation, Solo Performance, Collaboration/ Ensemble and Acting, and at Movement Research where she teaches workshops in interdisciplinary modes of composition and performance.

She was the Andrew Mellon Artist in Residence at Drew University 201516, teaching interdisciplinary courses on space, place and performance. She has taught undergraduate, graduate and pre-professional courses in theater, dance, performance and media at Princeton University, Fordham University Playwriting MFA, Performing Arts Research and Training Studios (P.A.R.T.S.) Brussels Belgium, Sarah Lawrence College MFA Theater program, Antioch College, New York University, The Cooper Union, Montclair State University and workshops in the US / Europe.
